Will an Xbox (modded of course) play back-ups on Both types of DVD media (+ and -)or does it have to be on or the other? Please forgive if this is a repost ......no luck in the fourm search!
all play dvd-r but only the early models can play both. how true that is i have no idea but my launch xbox plays both and my 1.6 doesnt play dvd+r
The Samsung and Philips drive are more compatible with both types of media...cd-r's even if they are burned very slow...but my 1.1 w/Thomson drive plays both +/-R's too.
