    hi guys, i dont use this site very often so dont get to see all the threads on the xbox 360 banwave. anyway onto my question.

    i've been stung by the banwave and wanted to know if i buy a new 360, will i still be able to use my gamertag on the new one without fear of being banned simply because that tag was previously linked to a modded xbox...if that makes sense?

    Any help appreciated. Thanks
