Quicksilver / Automator question

Hi all,
I'm trying to accomplish something that on the surface seems like it should be easy:
I have various export folders into which my JPEG files are loaded after being converted in Lightroom.

I also have a "files for printing" folder which contains everything, a mix from many export folders, that I need to print.

Basically, I'm trying to devise a hot-key so that when I have some files selected it does a "copy-to" action and copies the selected files through to the print folder.

Quicksilver can do it through the "command selection" tab but you need to specify the action every time - I'm kinda after something more like a trigger... perhaps automator is the way to do it but I have no idea how to accomplish it..

If anyone can help me out, I would hugely appreciate it! It's one of those things that isn't essential by any means, but is starting to really bug me!!
