A new R4 card, set up with software from R4 I have had some games running smoothly on it. others when new create a save file an then go to load, about 90% along the loading bar it freezes and nothing more happens. Any answers on why some just don't get past that individual file loading screen? And tips to avoid the problem?
do you mean when you create a save file that it then stops loading at 90%? this is what happened to me, but I just turned it off, and restarted it and the game loaded fine. If thats not what you mean , then Im not sure as I m new to this as well!!
yes that's broadly it. Except they don't suddenly work when I restart. Same scenario file loads and freezes at about 90% of way across loading bar.
its more likly your firmware not up to date i got this alot and i changed to R4i with lastest firmware and got them to work or just a bad file
If your SD is above 2GB (SDHC) it can take ages to load, depends on the SD card. 2GB non SDHC cards load almost instantly, try it try just leaving it loading when you think it has got stuck... i have had games take over 2 minutes to load with SDHC and the R4 upgrade revolution..
