r4 deluxe does not work help!!!!

    i just got a r4 deluxe and i have tried many many many firmware versions starting with the official manufacturers i have alspo formated the card with different software and no matter i load i always get a top screen that says menu? in red can anyone help or have i just been ripped off with a fake product?
