I've had a few cards working in the past, R4 and Acekard 2i, so I'm not a total novice. So to replace the Acekard which died I've recently purchased what seems to be an R4 upgrade GOLD Pro Revolution. I just need it to work an a DSi still at firmware 1.4E. So I cleared my sdcard with everything bar the games already on it and copied the files from a download of Wood R4 ver 1.56. When I start up I see a spongebob icon but when I click on a game I get a message "My name is $%^&, who made this fake clone. My MP blah blah" and I think 'oh shit' So then I loaded the R4i English V1.66b kernel hoping for the best but got the same message. Is there any hope for my card, do I just need the right files or is my card useless? Thanks for any help with this.
