Try reformating the card. This happened to me once, i had woken up, turned it on, and it said, cannot find MicroSD. i figured it was just a glitch but it wasn't. There wasn't enough space in teh MicroSD card to play the game, so it deleted EVERYTHING. Luckily i had a backuped on my computer.

    *OOF*

Same thing just happened to me the other night... One of my games completely froze during the loading process.... The micro sd card (kingston japan 2G) is now _gone_. R4 cannot see it, computer cannot see it, no matter which USB the reader is plugged into, doesn't matter if I use the card adapter either... I've tried updating drivers, restarting the computer with the reader plugged in.... Tried a recovery manager.... Nothing... I'm at the point where I'm just gonna go buy another Micro... Unless anyone else can help.

Might be time to dig out that sales reciept and investigate that lifetime warranty thing.
