i recently bought an R4 SDHC, i had an old R4 like 3 years ago so since I was familiar with it and liked it, i decided to go with the SDHC version. Although having some language problems. Randomly there will be Japanese/Chinese text like in cheats and in theme code. I downloaded the english kernal, and a 2nd time just to make sure I got the right one. Is there anyway I can change this?
try and use a different usb reader... i had this ploblem after hours of reloading kernals etc it turned out to be a dodgy USB SD card reader... corrupting my card Save anything you need from your SD card then Format using this http://www.4shared.com/file/221775557/63623bc8/Panasonic_SD_Format_SET_UP.html then do a windows format as usual Copy back to SD Card Firmware and Roms.
For SD cards it is best not to use windows format, always use panasonics SD formatter, it formats the SD card as it should be not the default that windows uses.
Hmmmm, my acekard wouldnt work with the Panasonic format alone maybe R4's are different. but hey not saying your wrong just these cards/SD's do throw up many different problems, pity there isnt just one card that works fullstop!
