R4DS: System Files Damaged - How do i fix this?

    Yesterday i started my r4ds and this message appeared:

    Error

    System Files Damaged
    Please Reinstall System Files

    Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Back up what you can from the SD, format the card and add a new copy of the firmware (the site in my signature hosts them all)
