R4i Gold Pro firmware

Hey peeps,

Its been a while since Ive been on here or on my ndsi for that matter. My card gets to "loading" but never loads, Ive looked for firmware and found their current site but cannot download new firmware or kernel , I get an error regardless of which browser I use. ( site is http://xxx.r4i-gold.me/en/faq/index.htm , however replace the 3 x with ws ) Im thinking working links is against the rules here. Anyways are there alternate places to download these things from , do I need to downgrade etc.... Any advice would be great thanks peeps.
