hi.sorry bout this it has probably already been dealt with but i cannot find the ansewer.im in dublin with ntl.all my channels are fine except racing uk.ive done a powerscan and all sorts but it just wont clear up

 

Its on 402.000 in Dublin.

 

its there and all on my box but its just choppy you cant see or hear it.does that mean anything

 

are ALL your other channels ok ? or are some of the others choppy as well?

 

Check your scart & cable is secure. If your still having problems, delete the channel & do a manual scan on 402.000.
You`ll find it at the end of your channel list.

 

sorry for being a pest im brutal at this stuff but i went into user installation and looked down ive no 402.000

 

Sorry halpinio, just copped you have a eurovox when you said powerscan. SG8 will know more about the EV than me. I assumed it was a sv.

In SG8s absence, you say the channel is there? go to the channel and press info twice, tell us what freqs it is on, as Noel said it should be on 402.000 but you said you dont have that in your freqs list.
