racing uk

ive just bought a starview 6 box and scanned it the only channel i cant recieve is the racing uk channel does anyone know ehy this is and could any one help cheerrs in advance

 

scan again, disconnect the box, reset, scan on yuour provider, as that chan was causing some probs

 

so just do a re scan then, sorry not up to date with these things wat u mean scan on ur provider cheers mickah

 

Did you tune the chans in yerself? If you did, then just factory reset the box and then do another scan

 

i just hit auto search when i opened it, by doin a factory reset will that not lose anything

but to get a chan back, you need to scan for it, if you tried to auto scan and it comes back and its blank, that could be a server issue, if you scan and can't find it, I would reset the box and then rescan on the provider which can be done from following the above
