I doubt any one recalls my issues a few months ago, but it turns out my CPU cooler was on to tight and the pc refused to boot unless I used one stick of RAM. Loosened the cooler, and back to normal, except, I only have 3.24 GB of usable RAM, although Windows picks up 4 GB(Yes I have Win 7 x64). Also since loosening the CPU cooler some of my hard drives have disappeared. Aside from reseating the ram and testing for loose connections(loose connections i highly highly doubt), which I will try soon.

EDIT: Disregard it was a bad HDD connection for the HDD problem and the Max RAM had been set to 0 in the msconfig settings.

I love it when someone solves their own problem.
