ram problem ?

    i have a T6524 emachine desktop PC, i replaced the hd but had trouble reformatting the hd so i brought it in to tiger direct they said i had a bad ram stick so they replaced it , went home & had no problem reformatting the hd but now when i sroll down or drag the picture is wavey or kinda choppy is it still a ram problem or is it something i did when i reformatted the hd... i would aprreciate any advice on how to fix this problem...thanks

    gee i was hoping i would have had someone to respond to my problem , i thought it might have been an easy one for peeps in the know

    thanks dude much appreciated , i will uninstall my current video driver then reinstall the one you posted am i correct on that ...thanks
