I have 3 memory sticks , first is (DDR)512mb PC 3200 (200Mhz), second is 1024 PC 3200 (200 mhz) , and my 3rd is 512 PC 3200 (133Mhz). I was wondering if the MHz difference would slow down the pc by a lot? , also would buying a PC 3200 (400mhz) a smart choice ?

All PC3200 is 200mhz DDR (400Mhz) - the 133mhz RAM is either going to be SDRAM (133mhz) or 266mhz DDR (PC2100). Assuming your motherboard supports the PC3200 type, you want the 1GB module on its own really. If you want a memory upgrade buy another 1GB PC3200 stick and use the two together - ideally get the same brand as your current one to reduce potential compatibility issues.
