Ram Speed Overclocking, Need Help!

    Hello, if anyone could help me with a problem I think I'm running into. I've always wondered if my RAM was running at 200mhz or the better 400mhz, and if it was running at 200mhz, how to overclock it to 400. I've overclocked my vid card, and my cpu, but never got around to the RAM. Here is a screen of what Everest says about my RAM.
