.RAM to DVD.....any guide for this ?

Hi.
I have a pair of .RAM files that I'd like to make into DVDs.
Someone told me that TMPGENC will do this, but when I open
it I draw a complete blank !

Are there any guides for this, or will someone be kind enough
to tutor me on this ??

I did look at the guide titles, and perhaps I missed it,
but I just looked again and saw no mention specifically
of conversions for realmedia or RAM files.
