rar file

    i have a movie that i want to convert to dvd. the problem is it's a rar file at least as far as i know i'm new to this so any help and answers would be greatly appreciated by me and the lord of the machine

    Use Winrar (www.rarlabs.com) to extract it. It's an archiving/compression program. If your file came with PAR files (or P01, P02, etc.) get Quickpar, too. Par is used to check for and repair any damage to the file which will prevent full extraction. If the file is damaged and no PARs are available, click the option on Winrar's extaction screen that says "Keep broken files" so it'll preserve whatever it can.
