Please, somebody can help me I have a problem with my DVD+/- RW, this is Memorex DVD 16+/-DL4RWID2. The problem is my drive doesn't recognize any DVD+R, DVD-R, DVD+RW, DVR-RW. just recognize it like CD-R. And I can burn it on this drive without problem. THANKS.
Try uninstalling your dvd-rw drive: Open up device manager click dvd/cd-rom drives locate that drive right click properties click drive tab uninstall Reboot I've gotten that exact same issue a couple times on my small pc. Uninstalling the burner and rebooting took care of that both times.I still don't know why it happened.Both times it was using dvd decrypter in Mode ISO read and write. Good Luck!
