razr v3c

    i have a motorola v3c razr and i am tryin to get it to work on my XP computer with motorola mobile phone tools v3.4 i hook it up and it appears to connect then it says could not connect. is there something i can do to get it to connect?

    HEY I REALLY NEED SOME HELP WITH OBTAINING THE TOOLS FOR THE MOTOROLA RAZR V3 PHONE. IF ANYONE HAS THE SOFTWARE, PLEASE SEND IT TO ME. THANKS IN ADVANCE.
