Re-Formatting IMB Laptop.....HELP!

    Hey guys, mt brother has an old IBM work laptop. He now has no use to it and he can keep it. Now he wants me to re-formatt it back to a normal Windows XP laptop. However the only problem is that the lapop only has a floppy disk drive. Any ideas on how i can re-format it? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

    The thing has no CD drive? What version of windows is on it?
