re kyrpview area locator

    Hello.When i went to scan someones Kryptview I selected the provider and left it on network...but the area locator does not display...and only get 11 tps. and no channels.

    I done a factory reset but still doesnt appear...any suggestions?
    My own one update firmware and reinstalled no probs
