READ THIS FOOL

ok on my ps2 whenever i put a game dvd in it will read the disk for about 3 seconds then stop so it will not allow me to play a game or dvd. ( i have tried several games and dvds) i need help on finding out a way so my ps2 can read the disk Please help

You will get better faster responses when the thread 'title',
actually contains the problem you are having.

Isn't going to have people running to see what your
problem may be or how to resolve it.

It could be that the plastic piece that holds the game
in place is old and holding the disc properly,
Or simply the motor could be going bad.
Honestly It could be a host of different things,
Another thing you could try is a dvd movie instead,
And see if that will play in the console.

Where would you get a piece like that or how can you tell thats the problem

 

The problem also happens with normal games i forgot to mention.

 

we also would like to know which version console you have, it could be the laser or the small plastic laser arm
