real newbie in need of help!

    I just purchased the m3ds real and i recieved 2 san disk adapters a memory card and rumble with it and me being me put it into the ds and its telling me file not found, the ds came without instructions. Would anyone be kind enough to help me out installing and on how to download games plz!
