Real player video codec

    I dont like to install real player because it has spyware and it's a pretty large program when sitting in memory. Is there anyway to just install the real video codec and have another player player real videos? or is there an alternative to real player that can play their media?

    From What I know there is No way to Play RM files without Real Player installed or Real One Player....

    Hi there! I've registered just for reply to this! There is an alternative to big ugly and intrusive Real software: it is called RealAlternative (nice, uh!?) and you can find it via a google search. It is produced by k-lite software and it is freeware. On the same site there is a QTAlternative codec too! Wonder whtat ii could be? ;)
