Hello! I'm new to this forum, but I'm hoping someone can help me out.

I'm new to this recording dvd business, and I'm having some problems.
I've tried simulation recording with Nero (in my first attempt the burn process failed) but it failed saying "invalid track info".

I have absolutely no idea why this is happening, so I was wondering if somebody could give me a hint.

    Here's the log file:

By the way, can someone tell me the best dvd-r media to record on? I'm using Samsung Pleomax (which someone offered to me) but I don't know if the quality is good.

    Appreciate any help given. Thanx.

One of the first things in your log file is your serial number. You may want to edit that out before someone steals it. It's the 1A23-****

I think this is your problem. Many Optodisc users have had problems with their quality in the past. The best media in my opinion is either Verbatum with the Super AZO Dye or Taiyo Yuden if you buy online.

Also, try dropping your burn speed down to 4x if possible.

Sorry for the delay in my answer but I was offline for some time.

Well, now I´m back and I've recorded in Verbatim media, after updating my firmware, and it all went smooth as silk:)
I've also tried it on my standalone dvd player and it works fine.

Once again, thanks for your help guys.
