Hello All, I just purchased a Samsung PN50A400C 50" Plasma. I have a Tivo 80 hr non HD box and my cable plugs directly into it and there is an inline splitter that goes directly to the TV. I went from 65 channels to 250 channels on the input that does not go thru the Tivo and the regular 65 are all that will show up on my Tivo. They are mostly HD but have strange numbers though like 1-1, 1-2 for the first 20 channels then my regular 2-65 then 70-1, 70-2 for about 150 channels up thru 111-2. I'm trying to figure if buying a Tivo HD box will make these channels show up under the correct channel number and also recognize them. Any help would be appreciated..

You will need to change your cable tv plan to include HD programing.
The current Tivo HD boxes require a 'Cable Card('s)' from your cable provider to work.
