Hi I had been consistently burning cd's and dvd's without any errors until recently I have been producing all coasters. I am using dvd media from the same 100 pak and nothing else has changed. I am using Nero Vision to transcode the avi to dvd and then burn to dvd. I had been doing this with virtually 100% success and now I am getting failed burns. The media is from same batch. Here is a sample log. Upgrade to this version http://httpdl6.us.nero.com/software/nero7/Nero-7.0.1.4b_eng_no_yt.exe This shouldn't be an issue but try to free up some memory, dont multitask and close all unnecessary progs including spyware turn these on, go here for guide http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/260038 Indicates burner doesnt like your media, even though they are Ritek and your firmware is current. Apart from that everything seems OK, could try increasing burn speed to 4X
