Reception wich phone is best?/

    which phone gets best reception and why?? using Cingular/AT&T service??

    The Feb2005 Consumer Reports issue list these as the best phones for Cingular/AT&T (in order from best to OK - none were really bad):

    1. LG L1400
    2. LG G4015
    3. Samsung SGH-P107
    4. Motorola V600
    5. [T-Mobile Phone]
    6. [T-Mobile Phone]
    7. Sony Ericsson T637/T237
    8. Nokia 6620
    9. Nokia 6010
    10. Nokia 6820
    11. Siemens C61
    12. Nokia 7610

    why do you care to know the reason a phone gets good reception?

    Just for the record...they listed Verizon as the best carrier.

    Thank you for your advise. I live in a rual area and reception is an issue for me is why I ask. Hoiaon does not work well at my home at all.
