Recode2/ISO folder

    can Recode2 creat a ISO folder to use IMGBurn or Decrypter to burn? i don't like to burn with nero but do love to compress with it. if it is possible, tell me how. thanks.

    you can select burning to the harddrive instead of burning to a disc. You have a pull down
    tab to select where you want it to burn, it defaults to your dvd burner but you can select any
    folder or burn as an image instead......although, i don't know why you would not want nero to
    just do it for you, :)

    Recode will save your output as an iso if you use your target as an image drive, but it saves it in nero format which is an nrg file. Only Nero can burn this, and it is doubtful it will play on your player. otherwise you need to convert that nrg file to an iso file with some other third party sw, such as mounting the nrg file with Daemon Tools. At least this is my understanding of it.

    it worked, i chose image recoder and it gave me a NRG folder that i burned with IMGBurn and decrypter. sweet. thanks. don't like burning with nero, it gives errors easily.
