Burning with Nero6.6 Recode2 & Any DVD in Sys tray, I can't get the copied DVD to play in my Computer. Using Explorer, to check the files, no files Show. The Copied DVD plays good in my Home DVD system. Any one know Why? I would like to play it in my Computer. What am I doing wrong?
Sounds like you don't have a DVD player installed on your computer, or haven't associated DVD files with whatever player you do have. Windows Media Player, for example, won't play DVDs unless you download the codec. If you have the whole Nero suite, fire up Nero Showtime and direct it to your DVD drive. You can also play directly from wherever Recode placed the recoded movie files. Some people use PowerDVD, which is easy to find, but I've never liked it.
Thanks for your response. I have Win DVD7 & Power DVD6 and they work Well. Certain copies of the original, not all, will not play on my Computer. For some reason the files are invisable on the Computer, but play on my Home DVD system. Any body else have this problem? Also my Windows Media Player10, plays DVD's
