Hey guys, My Dad wants an MP3 player that has an integrated radio for his birthday! Ideally i'm looking at the 4gb-8gb range. I found the Zen Micro range which looks good, although i've read a lot of reviews saying that the FM reception on it isn't that great. Can people give me recommendations for any good mp3 players that satisfy criteria? Cheers guys, Blighter
I suppose the quality of the radio reception will depend on where you live. Creative is a very good line of players. Also have a look at iRiver.
u could get the 4GB Nano and buy the FM Radio/remote which will cost $300. A bit much though but the reception is probably good. Depends on the price range.
I have got an IRiver H10 5gb with an inbuilt FM Radio. I am really happy with the quality of the sound and it also has a recorder in it too so your dad could record what he was listening to if he wanted. Great quality little unit.
$300 on top of what you have to pay for the player is ridiculous. An all in one unit is more adequate.
Yeah it is pretty pricey. Maybe you should consider getting the creative zen like u said. I previosly owned one and the features were great like the size and removable battery. The FM Reception was excellent. No static. The price is good too. Or If you want more GB & capabilities u could get the Zen Photo which has photo capabilities & 8GB. Price:250. Hope I have helped
