What's the best or recommended software to split a DVD9 into two separte disc while still retaining the menus thanks
Try the trial of CloneDVD if you have not it will split a disk and retain fully functional menus on both disk. http://www.slysoft.com Clone will not break protection so you must either run its companion sw AnyDVD in the background, or rip to your HDD using DVDFab Decrypter.
