Tricky to ask , as some people may have a vested interest here, but can anybody recommend any companies that have converted a VHS tape to DVD for them.
This is just a one off for me , as its to copy one tape of some old 8mm stuff , that I have copied to VHS.

    Thanks in advance.

have you thought of doing it yourself? there are alot of good tools for this that wont break your wallet and produce fine quality (especially considering your coming off VHS).

Been there tried it , fed up with it. Its just a one-off as Im just copying old tapes once, so rather than spend £50+ on a decent video capture card, I was thinking its better to just get the VHS tape copied to DVD professionaly.
One user on here recommended http://www.transfervideo.com/ that do a 3 hour tape for about £12 (though I will do 1 or 2 hour DVDs as the quality is supposedly better the shorter the DVD).
