Reconnect after internet connection restart

    Is there any torrent software that will reconnect after the internet conncetion is restarted? I use Bit Torrent 4.9.9 and it dosen't.

    utorrent will.If you disconnect it stays there but doesn't download(because theres no connection)but when you reconnect it start downloading again.
