Hi, I bought a Freecom DVB-T usb stick the other day, and whilst it serves it purpose of allowing me to watch Freeview the recording functions suck.

You can only record what you're watching but can't change channels.

Is there any software out there compatible that'll let me watch one channel whilst recording another?

Is this even possible with the DVB-T stick?

    Thanks

The only way you can watch one channel and record another would be with a system that has twin tuner ability. This applies to any video system not just your PC setup. It has nothing to do with just software. Even with the old VCR's , it used the TV tuner for one channel and the VCR tuner for the second channel. That was how you could watch one channel and record another. I realize this doesn't help your problem but should explain why you can't do it. Good luck.
