Recording Television from Webcam and Getting Scanlines... Anyway To Remove?

    I know this is normal, I don't know the specific reason whys its normal, but I'm trying to do some XBox tutorials via high quality webcam, I know I can use a webtv or something simialar to take the screen caps but I want to beable to pan out to show the XBox too so I'm using a cam...

    Anyway, is there anyway I can get rid of these scanlines?
