First off let me say. I didn't know where to post this thread. OK I live in Canada we just have basic cable not shaw or MTS digital cable. When we aren't home we use our VCR to record shows. But it is getting old and the picture is crap. I would like to know some name of products that record shows. We are planning to upgrade to HDTV some day but not yet so we need something that is compatible with us Right now and the future. Thanks Blair
hi Blair the majority of posters on this thread are either in Ireland or the UK so the advice given might not be suitable for Canada!!
