i recently burnt an iamge onto CD that contained a variety of digital photographs and documents. When i load the cd i get the following burn 12/01.nero CD image. 638mg. But i cant access the photographs and documents on it. How do i do this every time i click on the icon it keeps opening nero and wanting to burn the image.

What do you see? A single .NRG file inside the CD? In this case it means that you burned it with the (wrong) command 'New - CD ROM(ISO)' when you needed, instead, to use the command 'File-->Burn Image'.

    So we have two cases:

    (1) If on the CD you see an .NRG file, simply copy it into the HD and
1.1) open it with Nero (File--> Burn Image) and burn it on a brand new CD-R or CD-RW. Or
1.2) open it with Isobuster and extract all files on the HD, if you do not want to burn them.

    (2) If the CD seems blank, open Isobuster and load the CD. Isobuster will look into the CD structure and, if the CD is readable, will see it fully. Now he should be able to extract back on your HD the files you need to recover (see 1.1).
