Does anybody know how? Right from their help file it says that the quick erase doesn't delete the data just the table of contents.

Thanks binkie7, but I've already tried ISObuster. You are right though, its a great program. I've been talking with the creator of ISObuster, and he has some "macgyver" type ways of recovering data that has been quick erased, but it's not for the average joe.
