Hi there i've recently been sent a new hard drive for my PC as my old one wouldn't respond to any PC World checks. They were supposed to send some recovery (or boot?) disks as well however six weeks later i haven't receieved anything, anyway not to go on about call centres or anything but does anyone know of anyway to get hold of this disk i need without wasting my time on the phone!? Oh, and the computer is a Philips LS2200. Many Thanks.
