red eurovox firmware

    hi can somebody plz tell me where to get the firmware for the red eurovox all i can find is the loader cant find the actual firmware.thanks

    i have that but do i not have to put something in the box when i click download i just opens a box to put something in it.sorry not very good at this

    press the top download on the loader not the bottom one

    it says no available com port?

    are you using a null modem cable in conjunction with a usb to serial adapter if so,have you got your box set to the correct com port go to my computer view system info-hardware-device manager-select coms&lpt Duoble click find your usb adapter go to port settings-advanced and make sure your usb is set to between 1-4 whichever's available

    i done that all was going well then it said failed then sucessful then when i turned it on it just has 4 zeros across the display and says channel not currently available

    do a factory reset and then do a power scan for whatever symbolrate you use for your provider
