red or blue firmware etc help needed

Hi all, Sorry if this is a repeat of any previous posts but I am wanting to d/l the new firmware & loader ( I have the correct lead )for the eurovox max (2006)
Having never done this before I am wondering how to find if I have a red or blue box and if it is a clone or genuine. It came in a smart retail box via euromax.tv but I just want to play safe so I don't F*** it up. Thanks guys, any help appreciated
