redunduncy proplem

    hi guys, im having this issue when it says cyclic error and redundancy error. can anyone help me what to do...

    that error refers to scratched or dirty media.Is the dvd you are trying to backup scratched or dirty.Try cleaning it first, if that fails try using isobuster to recover the files to your hard drive and dvd decrypter to get the files to disc.
