reformated network card wont install

    hi, i just recently reformatted my computer and everything installs fine expect the network card, iv tried like 3 different drivers but everytime i go to connect to the internet it wont let me. and i dont see it in device manager please help me , thanks

    If the card isn't seen in device manager then you should first reseat the card or determine why the card isn't seen in device manager. Your problem is below the device driver level

    the card is an onboard though so i cant reseat it,

    any exlamation marks or unknown devices in device manager? is the card enabled in the bios? what is the make & model# of the computer or motherboard?

    Check the BIOS to see that the onbaord NIC (Network Interface Card) is enabled (It may be called "onboard Ethernet".

    If that doesn't resolve the problem, your onboard NIC may have failed and you will need to buy an add-on card or USB Network adapter.
