reformatted hdd, how do i get my shit back?

i accidentally reformatted my hdd, and lost all my games aswell as my dash board, if there is a way to get it back, i beg you to tell me

 

also, where can i download avalaunch, dvd2xbox, and xbmc?

 

your screwed unless you send it in to microsoft or get ahold of the Special disc they use that fixes eveything with out them having to do anything( it is a disc that fixes any problem that your xbox might have that is software based such as no dashboard or no hd being detected.
