yeah if you have a modded xbox you can, read around, plenty of tutorials for doing so can be found by clicking the bold links at the top
there are programs that can convert NTSC to PAL or PAL to NTSC Or if you get a good modchip it will play either one so it would make no difference which format the game was in.
