I have a VHS tape from Italy, and on the cassette it says PAL and SECAM so I'm assuming the media is recorded in one of those formats; I'm not exactly sure how the regional stuff works. Anyway, my VCR only plays NTSC. Is there a way to perform some kind of conversion between formats?
You need a Pal VCR or better Yet a NTSC VCR that can Play Both Formats because with just a Pal VCR you might also need a Pal TV set to Watch it.... There are Probably places were you can take the Tape to get it Transfered to a NTSC Tape.... I have a Few European Tapes here as well that I can"t do anything with because my VCR Won"t play them....
