a registry clean gets rid of anything you have stored in your systems registry such as unused registry keys from old programs, or references to spyware and other malicious software... its usefull to do but if your not having PC problems theres no point. to do a registry clean just search for "download registry mechanic" on google and download and run the program, you can do it manually but you have to know what your looking for and where to look
