registry confirmation error

    i have a problem with a computer it always starts in safe mode
    and i get this error "registry confirmation error" can some one please help me

    You registry is more than likely corrupt and a re-format would more than likely be your best solution.

    could try reloading windows ontop of self to see if correct the problem or do the repair option
